CELEBRITY||: Kanye West, Label Got Sued By A Former 12 Year old Child

Kanye West is being sued over an unlicensed sample used on his song “Bound 2.”

Quick facts: Ricky Spicer sang the original “Bound” with the Ponderosa Twins Plus One 

back in 1971. Spicer was living in the Ohio Boys Town orphanage when he was discovered at

a 1969 talent show. Music publisher Chuck Brown got him to join The Ponderosa Twins — 

then made up of two sets of twins.

According to The New York Daily News reports that Spicer, 56, of Ohio,”was stunned when he heard himself on the radio backing up West” on “Bound 2,” the hit single, which appears on West’s No. 1 album, Yeezus.

Hmm guess this is a serious mater guess this will serve as a warning to those who indulge in using someone's intellectual properties without their notice.

While some may have been offended by raunchy scenes of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

in the video for West's 'Bound 2,' an Ohio man is more offended that a recording of his voice

 from when he was a child is used in the song.

Claims: Spicer is demanding that West compensate him or cease and desist from using his voice.
