They passed the predating stage but their maturity is zero when it comes to building a family with that woman they love and they think the next step is to propose.
Some women spend their whole lives waiting for a man, any man to pop the question. Other women are smart enough to know that if the situation is not right, or if he’s not right, it’s best to decline.
You wouldn't blame them because they believed that to chose to be with someone is commitment & dedication. Some women would say no if they are not physically attracted to the man. They may be amazing friends but no matter what they tried the SPARK just wasn’t there.
A lady would turned a man down because she did not love him as strongly as he loved her.
They might not be the one they wanted to make a life with. Sometimes people just are not ready. Timing can be everything.
