Ruby Gyang performs with Youssou N’dour

It was a special moment for Loopy Music
act, Ruby Gyang, as she had the
opportunity to sing on stage with African
music legend Youssou N’dour .
On Sunday, February 24, 2014, Ruby
performed one of N’dour’s songs, ‘ 7
seconds‘, with him. The song was
originally done by Youssou N’dour
and Neneh Cherry.
‘I was ten years when I first heard that
song. Almost twenty years later, I’m
standing beside him on stage singing it. I
was ecstatic. It was a dream I never even
dared to have, that came true,’ Ruby said
of the experience.
