The convener of #ISAFHT, Angela Uyi made this call on her Facebook urging the federation government of Nigeria to swing into action.
DPA BLOG was made to understand that the community saw massive influx of strange Fulani herdsmen in Gaambe-tiev, Logo Local Government Area. They have moved in their thousands with their cows and settled in Ukemberagya/Tswarev council ward at Zaki Hemem, Tyo-Afia, Tse Gusa, Tse Agir, Ordughga Nagwa, Tsafa, Chia Orabum and Jootar area.

Report says in less than 24 hours of the declaration of anti-open grazing law by the Benue State Government, suspected Fulani herdsmen attacked some communities in Logo Local Government Area of the state, killing one person, Ortse Kwaghdoo (40), and injuring a 70 year-old man, Hinger Aka.
If the government will not put an end to this ruthless Herdsmen vs farmers terrorism they will put an end to the government.
They will wipe out the whole communities and the people will live in fear of being killed.
We say NO!
We condemn the attacks on the people of Logo community, Benue State and we demand justice for the victims and a total end to this continuing attacks on the people as well as appealing to all the authorities concerned to mobilise security officials to curtail further carnage by these marauders.
In view of the foregoing, we are calling on the Federal government, Inspector General of Police, Attorney General of the Federation, Benue State Governor and Benue State commissioner of Police to conduct an impartial investigation into the killings in Logo Benue State and bring all those suspected of criminal responsibility for human rights violations, murder or crimes under international law to justice in fair trials before ordinary civilian courts without recourse to death penalty when necessary.
We condemn every conspiracy silence.
