Shocking! Katrina Just Lost Out A Movie Co-Starring Sonam Kapoor Due To This Reason!

Katrina Kaif was supposed to be a part of a ‘Chick Flick’, a directorial venture of Rhea Kapoor, which also stars Sonam Kapoor. However, latest reports say that Katrina isn’t doing the movie. Sources state that “Sonam and Katrina share a great camaraderie and Rhea wanted to explore more of that in her next film. Perhaps, it wasn’t meant to be.”

According to reports, “the character that Katrina was going to play in this movie, required her to speak in that typical Delhi accent, which Kat couldn’t pull off well. Then, there were talks of her voice being dubbed, but Katrina wasn’t comfortable with that either. So, finally things didn’t work off well.”

By making this big budget movie, Rhea wishes to change the terrain of Hindi movies. Since the Kapoor sisters want this genre to be popular in India, the way it is in the West, they are taking their own sweet time to cast the film.

The new one to join the group is Sonam’s bestie Swara Bhaskar. Swara and Sonam and friends and they share an awesome on-screen chemistry. It is said that Swara just loved being a part, since it is not like some typical women-oriented movie, but a chick flick.
As of now, Sonam hasn’t announced her next film. She wishes to take a small break before she starts shooting for the next.
