Photo: Emmanuel Osodi Members of Trade Union Congress (TUC) and National Labour Congress (NLC) are currently staging a peaceful protest at the headquarters of the Ikeja Electricity Distributuon Company (IKEDC), Alausa. The protest is over the lack of security and the sacking of over 500 of their members by the electricity company.
Joining in the protest is the Senior Staff Association of Electricity and Allied (SSAEA). As at press time, no official of the IKEDC has addressed the protesters
