The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood. The best way to understand people is to listen to them.
You cannot escape conflict be it at home, school, and workplace you must learn how to manage people and understand why they do what they do.
Conflicts are inevitable in our daily life and often occur because of misunderstandings. All parties involved have a stake in the conflict. Resolution seldom occurs unless all parties are willing to seek to understand one another. Understanding comes with listening. How good are you at listening to others? Practice a skill that can bring insight and wisdom.
