Pride is the ability to work your hardest even though nobody is watching. Are you working in a mundane or unfulfilling job? Consider having a job as a copy machine operator, porta potty cleaner, landfill grader, restroom maintenance worker or an assembly line worker. What would it take to turn one of these jobs into one of great pride? Choosing a mindset that views the task as very important propels the worker into a state of mind that turns a nasty task into a motivated one. The worker sees beyond the task and considers what he does as a very important service to others. Try a new mindset for one day in there lies a great step to the top
