Love your work and more result you will get with less effort.
To get result in labour you must first love what you are doing. Happiness you get from the work you are engaged with brings resourceful results "Learn to love your work and you'll never have to 'work' again."
It's only few people that LOVE their work. But when one does love their work, it truly is their "play." How can you turn your work into something you love? It really doesn’t matter what you do for a living. Think of a tiny segment of your day and what it is that holds some interest for you. Practice that portion and develop your skills to become better. It could be something as simple as you love to greet people with enthusiasm. Work to become the best greeter ever. Analyze your job, identify an interesting task, develop the task, become the best at that task you can be. If it's your heart's desire, you can make it happen!
In everything you do always have a desire to succeed and you will be happy.
