American Indian Proverb says
"We will be known forever by the tracks we leave."
"To be known forever" is very strong language. What kind of tracks does man leave. Look around. Have you seen those tall, monster landfills, barren and treeless hillsides, dirty rivers, and ocean trash heaps? Leaving tracks on life could come in the form of God-given words of grace and love, legacies of forgiveness, traditions of faith in a loving God, respect for one another and nature. Each of us can choose the type of tracks we leave for the future inhabitants. . . Our children and our children's children. Trust those tracks to be of a worthy nature. Be mindful of your tracks today. Your imprints will be woven into the fabric of the future.
