It's crazy but true at the same time if you think about it. When you're going about your day, walking down the street, getting on the subway, shopping in the store, you see the faces. Hundreds of them. Some of them have blank faces. Others have angry scowls. Others have happy faces. Some sad. Some worried. Some impatient. Some peaceful. Some content. The elderly man, the tough "gangster", the college student, the office worker, the sleep deprived mother. We pass by all those faces and yet, we know that behind each face is a story. A rich story filled with dreams, hopes, struggles, worries, battles, experiences, heartache, tragedy, triumphs, anxieties, wonders, regrets, excitement. A story that runs the gambit of all human emotions. The different faces have us believe they are so different from us, yet we come to understand that behind those different faces, we all share the same "story". And by listening to those stories, learning from them, and sharing our own, it all helps us to decide how we will write our own stories and how they will turn out as well.
