Self examination is self actualization. Don’t limit yourself with your ignorance. Ignorance is not an excuse. Excuses diminish you. You can not have better ideas when you are not informed and equip with cogent information. You can not leave beyond the information you have if you are not well organized and if you have not thought of in concaving sound and equipped yourself with better information. Don’t organize a sympathy club where many come around to sympathize with you. “Why you” “poor you” Aaya! NO! This will not change your status rather it will add more sorrow to your thought. Don’t take your mistake for granted; take them and learn from them. They are lessons which you mustn’t let go.
Charles Dickson said “Reflect your blessings of which every man has plenty, not on your past misfortunes of which all men have some. Learn from your past, then focus on….looking forward (philipians3:13.NLT). Paul Harvey writes: “the relationship we stayed in or ended, taught us important lessons”. Our mistakes? Necessary! Our frustrations, failure… stumbling attempts at growth and progress? Necessary too! Each step of the way we learned. Is your past a mistake? No. your mistake is mistaking that for the truth.
