What you are emotionally is what you are. This statement may be too strong to be true, but it's close. We are emotional creatures and our emotions can influence every area of our lives- for good or bad. I have noticed that whenever our emotions conflict for a length of time with any other aura of our being, they eventually triumph.
Take note of the power of emotion to influence the other three most import eras of life-mind, will, and body. No matter how intelligent a person is, when he gets emotionally upset he cannot think in an orderly fashion. Emotions can breaks his concentration and stifle his creativity. Some people's minds are totally dominated by their emotions. Most times when you buys anything, you don't know why u bought such thing in the first place. Everyone has had the experience of letting their emotions impair their judgement.
How often do u ask yourself "why did I bought that phone, car, house, hand bags, jeans, etc.? You knew better, but you did it anyway. You made an emotional decision.
Last time I wrote about buying what you need and not what you want because no mater what your buys it will never be able to satisfy your needs and before you buy any you should learn to make a decision on what you want yo buy if you want to buy brands or performances. Now you can see why I say all emotionally made decisions are bad decisions.
The good life is one in which your mind controls your emotions, never vice visa
Positive thoughts are life enhancing. They empower you and make you feel stronger and more confident. It leads to mental health and peak performance.
You must get ride of your negative emotions.
