*Thanks to Beyonce, those of us who weren’t lucky enough to score an invite to her mom, Tina Knowles‘ wedding to actor Richard Lawson earlier this month, we now have an intimate look at all the happenings of the blessed event. Bey posted snaps from the wedding – which took place aboard a yacht in Newport Beach, California – on her website this past Friday.
This is the second marriage for Tina. She and Mathew Knowles divorced in 2011 after 31 years together. She began dating Lawson, 68, following the split.
“To walk down the aisle and see all my friends and family and to see my handsome man standin’ there, and to know that at 61 you can still find love and have a magical day like that … it was really beautiful,” Knowles told People magazine. Adding: “It was important to me to have a wedding and walk in white, because sometimes we feel that at a certain age you should act a certain way. You can find love at any age. You just have to go for it.”
