Whether you are in a job, a marriage, a project, a relationship or an unpleasant living situation, starting over is never easy. Starting over can be tough and demanding and yet never bring the intended relief from stress and anxiety. Often what happens is that people simply take their old baggage into the new situation or environment. The same problems crop up once again. Perhaps it's time to take stalk of the real issues, face them, and seek help. Improving ones self in the current situation is a true test of one's intention for personal growth. The key factor in whatever you decide is your level of commitment for personal change. Become the change.
